Note from my Husband
It appears I can't stay away from this blog for long :) So... I'm baaaccccckkkkkkkkk :)
My husband and I picked out a crib and dresser set, but we wanted to use a 20 percent coupon from Babies R Us. If you make a purchase at that store, along with the receipt, a coupon prints out. So, we bought a blanket that was on clearance and got the coupon.
When Greg took home the blanket, he said, "Take a picture of the first gift we bought for our son."
After placing an order for the crib and dresser, we went to Home Depot to pick out a color for the baby's room. We went with "Cool Sky" - a pretty baby blue color. The next day, I walk in the hallway and find this attached to the closed door of what will be the baby's room.
Hehe. My husband is "nesting" and wanted me to be surprised with the color once the entire room was painted. How sweet is that :)

We had my sister's shower yesterday. Holy PINK!!! I, of course, found the girliest, laciest, frilliest outfit to give her, knowing she's totally hate it!
