Dash of this and Dash of that

I mentioned in the last post that we took a cooking class... another tip that I've found helpful is the "dash of salt and dash of pepper" - to minimize cooking time, do them both at the same time by having a pre-mixture of the two.



It was recommended to use Kosher salt - though word from the wise - Kosher salt doesn't taste as "salty."



I found a cute glass container to house my mixture.
