Asking for Prayers

My husband's niece lives a couple of blocks away from us with her fiancé.  His niece was home alone and 2 hours ago, 5-6 armed men busted into their home.  They stole items and then demanded that she open the safe.  She was too nervous to do so.  Her fiancé arrived home in the middle of this happening and they shot him in the stomach and leg.

There was a lookout woman and she told the guys to leave, the cops were coming.  The police officers caught the woman and 2 guys, but there are still 3-4 armed man on the loose.  This happened down the street from where my parents live.  This is a quiet community.

Her fiance is in the hospital right now in surgery.  They think he'll be ok, but asking for prayers, Please.

On a strange side note.... I was home when I heard the ambulance going down our street.  We think this might have been the ambulance for her fiancé.  I didn't know it at the time.  Our dog was sleeping, but when she heard the ambulance she lifted her heard and howled like a wolf two times.  Penny has never once howled, ever.  It freaked me out and gave me chills.

Sending prayers and asking for them please.  They have a wedding date for this year in a couple of months and are a very sweet, loving young couple.

Thank you for the prayers. Update is that our niece's fiance is doing well. He is still in the hospital, but recovering.

Of the 5 people involved with the break in and shooting, 4 have been caught. There is still one left to catch.... I hope they do and I hope these criminals don't see the light of day again.
