My Sweetheart is going through a Sleep Apnea test and he sent me the picture. I don’t know how he’ll get to sleep, but he says he is tired enough. Two people will watch him and if they find that he has sleep apnea (which can be noticed within 3 hours of sleep), then they immediately hook him up to a machine to see if that improves the quality of sleep.
